Villa Iliad

Villa Iliad is a newly built accommodation near Parikia, situated in a quiet environment. It is fully equipped and can accommodate from 4 to 6 people. It has a marble courtyard, with flowers and olive trees. The kitchen and dining room are connected to the living room, which consists of a sofa that converts into a double bed, a TV and a traditional stove. In the kitchen you will find kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator with freezer. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Inside both bedrooms there are spacious closets, in which you can find extra sheets, towels and pillowcases. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with marble shower and amenities. You can also use the washing machine and the clothesline, which are located in the hallway of the house. The extra two guests are accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room. Our Wi-Fi covers both indoor and outdoor areas. The house has an external marble staircase, which leads to the roof of the house. It has a large table with chairs and sun loungers, where you can enjoy your coffee or drink overlooking the sunset. Finally, next to the villa there is even a small garden with organic products, from which you can get delicious and fresh vegetables (when they are in season).
